| Stress Management: Building a Successful Life Puzzle If you have the nagging feeling that your current "status quo" isn't all there is (or could be) to your life, your marriage, or your work, you are probably right! The next step is to do something about it. Life Puzzle can show you how! Based on the book by Ann Kramer, Ed.D., Life Puzzle is a refreshingly creative, comprehensive approach to stress management which provides the framework for consciously creating a life of balance, wholeness, fulfillment and productivity. You will assess the strength of the outer edges of your life puzzle or your boundaries: Physical - Emotional - Thinking - Sexual - Spiritual. Once your boundaries are firmly established, you have a secure structure from which to explore and develop the sixteen inner core areas of your life puzzle, which include exercise, nutrition, special challenges, spirituality, to name a few. The Life Puzzle program helps you to examine your current level of development in each of the 16 core areas of your life puzzle. At any given stage of life, one or two areas are often more important than the others; these areas of importance change as your life circumstances change. The key to successful life-puzzle building is to avoid focusing on one or two areas to the exclusion of all the others at any given time. Excluding one or more areas can throw our lives off-balance. With Life Puzzle, you will also gain new insight regarding the behavior of others and learn how to interact and communicate more effectively at work and at home. This topic can be adapted for: We are all Life Puzzles under construction!! Experience the results in your own life! To bring this dynamic, interactive program to your organization (business, church, school, agency, etc.), contact Jim and Jeanne Caverly at Crisis Options. |
